Western blot analysis was performed on whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of HeLa (Lane 1), MCF7 (Lane 2), U-87 MG (Lane 3), NIH/3T3 (Lane 4), PC-12 (Lane 5), MDCK (Lane 6), COS7 (Lane 7) and tissue extract of Mouse Liver (Lane 8). The blot was probed with Anti-RAB33B Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-30697, 1:500 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Heavy Chain) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.25 µg/mL, 1:4,000 dilution). A 25 kDa band corresponding to RAB33B was observed across the cell lines and tissue tested.
